The Movie Forms Pro™ - Interactive disc contains 110 production forms and signage in various file formats. All the interactive forms on Movie Forms Pro™ - Interactive are PDF files. The non-interactive forms include Movie Forms in high resolution, 300 dpi, JPEG files and 72 dpi JPEG, PICT & BMP files. There is no programming on these forms that would allow them to be interactive. Separate from the disc is a Movie Forms Pro™ - Interactive User Guide with “QUICK START” instructions and an eight-page folder with pictures of all the forms for easy reference. (top)

The Movie Forms Pro™- Interactive forms are PDF files. They have been designed so that you can simply type in the information using either Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat and then print them out ready to use. NOTE - If you are working in Acrobat Reader you will not be able to save or rename your file as a new PDF file. A copy of Adobe Reader is included on the disc as well as the Adobe Reader user guide. 1.What Is Budget Forms Pro™?

Budget Forms Pro™ is a budgeting template designed to work with the Microsoft Excel software program. Budget Forms is user friendly. Simply fill in the budget amounts and Budget Forms Pro will do all calculations on the budgeting form. (top)

 

2. What Comes On A Budget Forms Pro™ CD-Rom?

Budget Forms Pro comes with 3 different production budgeting templates. Each 7 page budgeting template is complete with a Top Sheet Budget Summary. Budget Forms Pro templates can be filled out in either numbers or dollar amounts. There is also a User Guide and this FAQ. (top)

 

3. How Do I Open The Budget Forms Pro™ Template?

Budget Forms Pro templates are designed to work with all Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Office for PC or Mac. A copy of the Microsoft Excel program must be installed on the computer. Then, copy the Budget Forms Pro template onto your desktop. Next, double-click on the Budget Forms Pro template icon and it will open up in the version of Excel that is installed on your computer.

NOTE: - Always start with an unused copy of the Budget Forms Pro template. This is to ensure that you have the complete Budget Forms Program without any missing formulas or information. A non-functional cell will cause a miscalculation. (top)

 

4. Can I Change The Line Item Names On My Budget Form?

Yes, changing the line item names allows you to add line items that are unique to your own production. To change a line item name, click on the cell that has the line item name to be changed. the cell should be highlighted and appear in the cell or formula bar on older versions of Excel. Next, go to the cell or formula bar and highlight the line item name, but NOT the line item number next to the line item name. Delete the line item name and type in the name of the new line item. Press enter to complete the change. (top)

 

5. Why Are There Two Styles Of Budgets "$" and "0"?

Template One is designed and programmed with a "0" (zero) amount in each of the active cells on the budget pages. Replace the "0" with your new budget amount. The new amount will be entered as a number not as a dollar amount. This budget can also serve asa reference guide. Each "0" amount shows where each of the active cells are located.

Template Two is designed and programmed with a dollar amount "$" displayed in all appropriate active cells. When any amount is entered into the cells on this template it will be displayed asa dollar amount. Template two budgets will print out best for clients and producers who want to see the budget and total displayed in dollars. (top)

6. How Can I Change The Percentages On My Budget Form?

There are two cells on the Budget Forms Pro form where an amount entered will be calculated as a percentage on the budget form. These cells have been preset with a percentage amount. To change any of the percentage amounts simply click onto the cell and enter a new percentage amount into the cell or on the formula bar. (top)
